The Herd Presents: Fall Into Romance Blog Hop

Fall Into Romance! Share the romances that had you falling in love with the genre!
Or the ones that keep you smitten! Stop by each blog for new recommendations and giveaways!

Let's just get this out of the way: I'm jealous of every single one of you that is now experiencing "fall" weather. I live in Texas where there are only two seasons: The Devil's Armpit and not so hot. Really, the only hot stuff I like are hot food and hot romances.

I can think of a handful of romances that had me falling in love with the genre and now, years later, a list of books that remind me why I love it so much. Any book lover will tell you that these are the worst kinds of questions though, pick ONE book? Seriously? I can't even pick ten, much less one! There are so many amazing authors out there I could never just pick one. So instead of tearing my hair out trying to pick on book to giveaway to a lucky person, I'm just going to let that be YOUR problem because I'm giving away a $10 Amazon Gift Card to a lucky commenter. Yeah, I'm evil that way. You're going to have to choose your own book, oh the horror right? Lol. But not so fast, be sure to tell me in the comments What book had you falling in love with romance OR what book(s) keep you coming back for more?

For me, I had already read dozens of romance novels by the time Devil in Winter fell in my lap but from the moment I read Sebastian and Evie's story I've been head over heels in love with romance. Heck, you should have seen my excitement when I heard that Lisa Kleypas is bringing these two back for Devil in Spring which focuses on Sebastian and Evie's son who apparently is a lot like his father was back in the day. Oh the love I have for those two characters is unnatural I tell you. I will never NOT recommend this book. And the new cover is stunning!

"I'm Sebastian, Lord St. Vincent. I can't be celibate. Everyone knows that."

Desperate to escape her scheming relatives, Evangeline Jenner has sought the help of the most infamous scoundrel in London.

A marriage of convenience is the only solution.

No one would have ever paired the shy, stammering wallflower with the sinfully handsome viscount. It quickly becomes clear, however, that Evie is a woman of hidden strength—and Sebastian desires her more than any woman he's ever known.

Determined to win her husband's elusive heart, Evie dares to strike a bargain with the devil: If Sebastian can stay celibate for three months, she will allow him into her bed.

When Evie is threatened by a vengeful enemy from the past, Sebastian vows to do whatever it takes to protect his wife . . . even at the expense of his own life.

Together they will defy their perilous fate, for the sake of all-consuming love.

Hop on to the next blog!
