"Ninety percent of people who die by suicide have a diagnosable and treatable psychiatric disorder at the time of their death."
- American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
As someone who was diagnosed with depression at 14 and went through a period where I thought suicide was the only solution, I sympathize with victims and their families. I also try to support organizations such as the AFSP as much as I can with what little I have.
For the entire month of May, when you purchase Bullet by Jade C. Jamison and/or Off Limits by Sawyer Bennett, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Keith Milano Memorial Fund at AFSP.
Suicide affects so many people and their families. So please step up and do what you can to help those who have been affected by suicide. All it takes is just a click of a button and you get both a great book and more importantly, the knowledge that you have done your part to help those in need.
Please feel free to post in your blogs, Facebook it, Tweet it, however you want to get the word out is fine.
